Xiang Wu

Wu Xiang, Ph.D. in Engineering, Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the College of Transportation Engineering, Tongji University. He is an IEEE Member, served as Jiangsu Provincial Deputy Chief Technology Officer (2020-2021), and is a member of the 2nd Youth Academic Committee of Power System Protection and Control. He has led or participated in two projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), three provincial/ministerial projects, and over ten industry collaboration projects. He has published more than 60 high-quality papers in both domestic and international journals, and holds over ten authorized invention patents. His research interests include maglev and rail transit traction converters and control, advanced motor control strategies for vehicles, novel wide-bandgap power electronic converters, and grid-forming energy storage technologies.
