教育部U40人才、国家高层次青年人才、上海市青年领军人才（海外）、上海市“科技创新行动计划”启明星人才和上海市浦江人才计划。主要从事新型光子、光电子和光量子器件，研究内容包括二维材料、纳米光子学和两者的交叉结合。在Nature (*2)、Nature Materials（*2, 封面）、Nature Photonics、Nature physics（*2, 封面），PNAS、Nature Communications(*2), Science advances, Physical Review Letters, Nano Letters(*4) 等期刊上发表了35篇文章，并参与编写英文专著一部。
