同济大学教授，博士生导师，德国波鸿鲁尔大学、柏林工业大学高级访问学者，中国创造学会智能制造与服务分会理事。主要研究领域：智能制造系统、制造过程质量控制技术。长期从事机械制造及自动化专业的教学和科学研究工作，负责和参与多项国家科技重大专项项目、自然科学基金项目及企业咨询项目，与德国制造领域企业及研究机构有着长期稳定的合作交流，有着丰富的企业现场管理实践经验，目前致力于工业4.0环境下制造模式的演变及应对策略研究。
