在微纳尺度:观测光学现象,实现光电调控,开发光电器件【细节请点击进去】

研究理念:真研究问题、研究真问题。

培养理念:发现学生特长有针对性培养,让每位研究生发现科学的美妙,掌握扎实的本领,毕业之时能在细分领域超过本人。

具体包含三个方面:创新表征微纳结构的光测量技术;深入揭示低维材料的光物理机制;探索基于微纳器件的光操控应用。

研究波段:可见光到中红外波段

研究对象:低维材料、光电器件、微纳结构

测量技术:超高空间分辨和超快时间分辨的扫描光学显微术

测量信号:荧光、拉曼、吸收谱、反射谱、光电流、二阶/三阶非线性光响应、近场光学信号

物理机制:微纳尺度下的光生电、电控光、光和物质相互作用、极化激元操控、准粒子相互作用、超快动力学

相关应用:光电探测、光电器件、全光开关、光场调控、光学显微表征系统开发

其他说明:近年来,实验室自主开发的多维光学显微系统,在领域上,也涉及到了较为广泛的科研合作,例如嫦娥五号月壤表征、文物成分分析、植物透光研究、玻璃性能测量等;在国际上,也和美国、俄罗斯、德国、加拿大、日本、韩国、巴西等多个国家的科研团队有密切交流,多位教授每年都会来实验室访问交流。
