Ultrafast Nonlinear Optics Research in Two-Dimensional Optoelectronic Devices
Developed and utilized scanning optical microscopy under multiple dimensions such as temperature, electric field, and magnetic field, by innovating new technologies, to achieve nonlinear optical dynamic detection for low-dimensional optoelectronic devices. This includes three specific aspects: developing a novel scanning optical microscope system capable of temperature, electric field, and magnetic field regulation; creating a two-dimensional coherent spectroscopy apparatus and its microscopic imaging system based on new principles; and employing the aforementioned research systems to specifically explore the physics principles underlying micro-nano devices.
