Prof. Zhenyue Chen's research focuses on multimodal biomedical imaging. His research interests include both technical developments of novel imaging approaches and their applications in neuroscience to study brain function both in health and disease. Currently, the lab mainly focuses on optical/optoacoustic or photoacoustic/ultrasound imaging modalities and their hybridization strategies to meet specific requirements in different applications.
He has built long-term collaboration with world renowned research groups in ETH Zurich, Technical University of Munich (TUM) and other well-known universities. Undergraduate students with strong self-motivation, strong research interest in scientific research are welcome to join the team to do semester projects and graduation project.
